Sara Del Cuore is a Denver, CO native now based in Kansas City, where her Waterstone Mortgage license allows her to lend in over 48 states. With nearly a decade of experience as a mortgage loan originator across CO, NM, and KS/MO, Sara has helped countless people buy homes and build community. Her background as an urban farmer in Denver and as an entrepreneur behind multiple small businesses has deepened her understanding of community, resilience, and building from the ground up.
