Savvy Mortgage Lending was created by spouses Eileen Donovan and Tracie Mayo. After working for other mortgage companies in the Carolinas and Florida, they decided to start their own company. They knew doing so would give them more control over the quality of the client experience. To Eileen and Tracie Savvy Mortgage means “Expertise. Knowledge. Providing smart solutions to financial needs.” Tracie and Eileen were drawn to Florida’s sunshine and beautiful beaches for vacations over the years. They fell in love with the diversity and culture of St. Petersburg and decided to move here permanently in 2015. Eileen and Tracie created Savvy Mortgage Lending and quickly became established as leaders in the St. Petersburg Mortgage Loan industry.
